Hylleholt Familiefokus\u00b4 besidder en medarbejdergruppe med en bred faglig kompetence og tilbyder deraf kommuner korterevarende indsatser i familien med b\u00f8rn i alle aldre, n\u00e5r der er tale om et mindre og mere afgr\u00e6nset st\u00f8ttebehov. I samarbejde med kommunen vil det blive vurderet, hvilken type konsulent, der bedst varetager opgaven. Konsulenten vil arbejde ud fra en narrativ tilgang. Det kan v\u00e6re samtaler udelukkende til for\u00e6ldre, barnet\/den unge eller en blanding. Indsatsen kan varetages i hjemmet eller lokaler ved Hylleholt Familiefokus.<\/p>\n

Hylleholt Familiefokus vil ved indsatsens oph\u00f8r udarbejde en skrivelse om forl\u00f8bet, der fremsendes til kommunen.<\/p>\n
